Aetas Diagnostics is a private clinic and diagnostics company. We carry out longevity treatments and biological analysis of both private individuals, companies as well as for the public health sector.

Buying products and booking appointments

Purchase of our products takes place either on our website aetas.dk, or in our clinic. When you buy an item from us, you also accept our Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy. When booking, you must provide your name, e-mail, telephone number and cpr number. If you are a foreign national and do not have a cpr number, please provide your national ID number. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when booking, as well as an invoice for the purchase.

Our Products

The contents of our product packages are described on our website. Our health examinations are structured as basic packages, with the option to add modules. Under “Included Biomarkers” you can see what is included and what can be chosen as an additional option. We invoice for consultation time that is used in addition to what is included, as well as any additional services that are required for your treatment.”

Prices and payment

Our prices are stated in our correspondence to you, when invoicing you for the services in advance of your consultation. All orders are to be paid at the time of order either in advance or on site in the clinic. By paying the order you accept our pricing, Terms of sales and privacy policy. All prices are in DKK.
We reserve the right to change our prices. You can pay with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Elektron, Mastercard and MobilePay, as well as gift cards. When booking an appointment through our website, payment is made immediately.

Consultation cancellations and refunds

Cancellation of times for sample draw, and consultations must be done 96 hours before the booked time in order for us to be able to refund your purchase. The time is calculated from the time we receive your cancellation, in writing to our email, within our opening hours. Cancellation after 96 hours before your appointment is not refunded, but a credit certificate can be issued if we receive your cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment can neither be refunded nor issued a credit certificate.
Rescheduling your consultation with us
You can move your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. In some cases, a fee may be added for rescheduling. The time is calculated from the time within our opening hours, in which we receive a message from you in writing on our email.

Reservations

We can only sell you an item as long as it is in stock, which is why we reserve the right for any sold out items. Inconclusive results may occur in rare cases, this is considered a delivered result. We reserve the right for delays in response times, due to unforeseen events. In some cases, errors may occur which may mean that you have to retake your test.
